Log into your Kirby Systems account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Place the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware components, and protective materials are included to qualify for a full refund.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
